Property Practitioners: Time to Renew Your FFC!

This article will count 0.25 units (15 minutes) of unverifiable CPD. Remember to log these units under your membership profile.

The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) has opened renewals for your 2026 Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) and Registration Certificate (RC).

Renewal opens: 1 July 2025
Deadline: 31 October 2025

If you miss the deadline, you’ll pay a R148 penalty for each month you’re late.

What You Need To Do

  1. Check your email for your invoice.

  2. Pay the renewal fee using your 7-digit reference number.

  3. Principals, renew first to avoid issues for your firm and staff.

  4. Email your documents to: FFCrenewalsDocs@theppra.org.za

    • Include your ID and completed form

    • REBOSA members can use their system.

  5. Principals must also send:

    • Tax clearance certificate

    • BEE certificate (if needed)

💡 Payment is via EFT only, no cash.

Fees (Valid for 3 years)

  • Candidate (<2 yrs): R1 822

  • Candidate (>2 yrs): R2 768

  • Non-Principals, Attorneys, Principals: R2 768
